Ms. Li specializes in labor dispute resolution, diversified employment compliance, human resources management compliance etc. In addition, Ms. Li is a senior consultant of Baihua Labor Law, a columnist of Law Monthly in China Labor and Social Security Daily and a legal advisor of the Air Force of Central Theater Command.
Ms. Li is experienced in providing tailor-made human resources management solution, representing clients in labor disputes arbitration/litigation, handling employee placement and on-site negotiation, helping clients designing and upgrading policies and systems and rendering practical trainings and labor law related legal services. Ms. Li is the legal advisor and internal training lecturer of multiple companies and public institutions. She is experienced in designing and reviewing labor-related documents, procedures and management systems by combining the factors of company culture and business strategies. Besides, she has extensive practical and training experiences in the design and establishment of human resources management system, diversified employment solution transformation and upgrading, retention and motivation of key talents, reposition of personnel and employee placement. In addition, Ms. Li is a member of editorial board of the Theories and Practices of Human Resources Management and Theories and Practices of Human Resource Services Management.

Ms. Li graduated from the School of Criminal Justice of China University of Political Science and Law in 2016, and has acquired a LL.B. degree. She graduated from the Law school of Tsinghua University in 2019, and has acquired a Master of Economic Law degree.
