“From people, for people.” The origin of “Puran” derived from its faith in seeking for balance between the exploration and the awe people should pay to the universal value in everyday life. Puran cares about the solid interest common people can obtain from the soaring economy growth of China. With the help of the unmatched top research and expert team, Puran takes whether people get China's development dividend as the starting point and foothold of think tank research.
As a legal professional institution, the firm has the responsibility to promote social justice. It is a solemn commitment of Puran to actively promote the development of pro bono services and make greater contributions to social justice.
Strategies of Puran
High specialization, moderate scale, and comprehensive globalization are the three anchors Puran set for its evolving path.
As the foundation of development, high specialization as the critical feature assists in shaping the image of labor lawyers and put Puran at better stance to convoy alongside the growth of clients in diverse industries, which includes but is not limited to human resources, banking & insurance, TMT, new energy, healthcare, etc., and diversified entities like MNCs, SOEs, growing private enterprises, and public institutions, etc.
Puran has been meticulous about moderate scale. The expansion will be cautiously advanced in the major cities across China over time. Making and implementing local policies are common practices from the labor law perspective. To meet the local policies and practice, the local branches of Puran will work with the headquarter for better synergies and comprehensive legal solution delivery.
In the process of globalization, as a law firm rooted in China, Puran will adapt to the dynamic equilibrium between China and the world. The Belt and Road initiative advocated by China bridges China and the rest of the world together. Puran will work with leading labor law firms across the world on weaving an extended labor law service network to cover countries and regions alongside the Belt and Road, and provide unmatched world-class legal services for inbound and outbound investment, etc.
