Ms. Song is an assistant lawyer of Beijing Puran Law Firm, a senior consultant from the“Plain Word about Labor Law”, and also a columnist for the Law Discussion Monthly under China Labor and Social Security News. She has taken part in a legislative program about labor basic standard law, in which focusing on flexible labor usage method. She has carried out a special research on a number of large platform enterprises. 

Ms Song. is experienced in policy study, risk control for platform labor usage, design and management for enterprise diversified labor usage and labor dispute settlement. She can provide a number of legal services for enterprises, including among others the design and revision of rules and agreement, the compliance review for human resource management, redundant personnel placement, on-site negotiation and practical skills training. Now she is serving as the legal adviser and lecturer for internal training for a number of well-known enterprises. 

The industries she has served include internet platform, logistics industry, building and building materials industries, catering industry, manufacturing industry, education and training industry, real estate brokerage industry, human resource industry, etc.

Ms. Song graduated from the Capital Normal University and has acquired Bachelor Degrees in both the Law and Science.  She was an exchange student of Pukyong National University at the undergraduate stage. She graduated from China University of Political Science and Law as a postgraduate student with a Master Degree in Sociological Jurisprudence.
